This structure will help give you focus and a repetitive process that will grease the wheels and keep the writing flowing.

3. Try the art of free-writing
You’ve tried it all, but the writer’s block is still hovering over your head like a heavy cloud weighing down on your thoughts. Maybe time discipline with some intermittent breaks aren’t the solutions.
If you don’t like a structured approach, the act of free-writing is a great way to let it all out. Thing is, you really do have to let it all out. This means sitting with your laptop for 15-20 minutes and writing without caring about punctuation or the fact that you’ve switched subjects several times…just write!
This process trains your brain to allow mixed up words and ideas to come out of your head. Use these random writings as potential ideas of what you might incorporate into your actual work.
